RBS International has appointed Philip Prideaux as Director to drive the bank’s Luxembourg Funds Banking offering.
Previously an Associate Director on the UK private equity team, Philip’s role will be London-based and primarily supporting the requirements of local managers and advisors of Luxembourg funds, with a focus on delivering Fund Financing solutions, including subscription finance, NAV, and GP facilities. RBS International supports over 200 alternative investment funds in Luxembourg with their fund financing, cash management, currency risk management, and depositary needs.
