Plansee Holding AG is expanding its Executive Board to four people as of July 1, 2023. The board members will assume responsibility for cross-sectional functions and tasks. The Plansee Group is thus taking the next step towards becoming a fully integrated group of companies.
"With the new appointments to the Executive Board and cross-sectional responsibility for key corporate functions such as production, processes, purchasing, quality and logistics, we are creating the conditions to further strengthen the cooperation within the Group," says Michael Schwarzkopf, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Plansee Holding AG.
