In cooperation with the lead Italian counsel NCTM, BSP advised Cromwell Property Group, a global real estate investor and manager acting in three continents – in collaboration with the Korean real estate investment company IGIS Asset Management, in the acquisition of 7 logistic properties located in the North of Italy and entirely leased to DHL.
The team was involved in all the Luxembourg aspects of the transaction, including the set-up of a Luxembourg vehicle and the approval of the transaction at the level of the Luxembourg AIFM.
