ERG notes that English High Court confirms breaches of duties and bad faith by the SFO and Dechert against ENRC

Eurasian Resources Group ("ERG" or "the Group"), a leading diversified natural resources group headquartered in Luxembourg, welcomes the judgment of the English High Court in the proceedings brought by Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Limited, now its subsidiary, against Dechert LLP and the Director of the Serious Fraud Office, which was handed down on 16 May 2022.   The judgment has finally revealed the truth about the events which set in train significant negative publicity about the Group, which has been ongoing for many years. It is now clear that a number of parties, including ENRC's law firm as well as senior officers of the SFO, breached their duties and/or acted in bad faith against ENRC.   More detail is here: Cette page n'est accessible qu'aux abonnés payants.
