State Street Reappointed by Union Investment – Group to Provide Collateral Services

State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT), today announced it has extended its eight-year collateral services relationship with Union Investment - Group (“Union Investment”), the fund management company of the German cooperative finance network, for an additional five years, including the option for further extension.
“We are delighted to announce this renewed serving agreement which builds on our established and trusted relationship with Union Investment,” said Stefan Gmuer, chief executive officer of State Street Bank International GmbH, Munich. “By providing specialized solutions to our clients, we’re helping them streamline investment operations to contain costs, reduce risk and continue adding value to their business.”
