David Steinegger, who has been a non-executive director of Core Capital Management S.A. since 2012, has been appointed chairman of the company. David holds a number of other director/chairman roles in Luxembourg and elsewhere. At the same time Jean-Pierre Winandy is appointed to the Board as a non-executive director. Jean-Pierre is an avocat à la cour and has more than 30 years of experience in tax and company law. His first involvement with Core Capital dates back to the company's foundation in 2006, when he acted as a legal advisor.
