As of 1 August 2023, Anja Richter joins the Management Board of VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA. Anja Richter is a fully qualified lawyer with two state examinations. A German national, she has more than 20 years of extensive professional experience in legal services, investment fund product structuring, compliance, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism (AML-CFT) and outsourcing controlling. In her most recent position, she was a member of the management team at MainFirst Affiliated Fund Managers S.A. since 2014, where she was responsible for these business areas and the associated tasks.
