Miriam Schinner’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities law and corporate restructuring. She advises a number of private equity firms and other financial institutions on corporate law, corporate re-organisations, financing and re-financing. She has been a member of the Saarbrücken Bar since 2006 and joined Elvinger, Hoss Prussen in September of the same year. Miriam was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in July 2007 under her home title and became counsel in 2014. Miriam is “Assessorin jur.” from the “Landesprüfungsamt für Juristen in Düsseldorf” and holds the "Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen".
