The partners of Elvinger, Hoss Prussen are pleased to announce that Nicolas Steichen has been named partner with effect from 1st January 2013. Nicolas Steichen is a member of the corporate, banking and finance group of the firm and his practice concentrates on cross-border banking and capital markets transactions including restructurings. He also advises actors in the financial sector on regulatory matters. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in law from the "Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne" in Paris and a DEA ("Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies") in comparative law from the same University.
