FRF 3,5 millions: c’est la somme apportée par Mme Caroline Durand-Ruel, une do-cumentaliste parisienne, qui a souscrit 99,99% du capital de CORUM HOLDING, constituée Avenue Pasteur à Luxembourg.
MM. Norbert Schmitz et Norbert Wagner ont été nommés au Conseil d’Administra-tion, aux côtés d’un administrateur pari-sien, M. André Godfroy.
