After the announcement of six new promotions within the firm in January, BSP is now pleased to announce the promotion of Michaël Kitai to partner. Michaël has been part of the Corporate and MA department at BSP for more than 10 years. He advises on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, exit strategy, formation of joint ventures, corporate organisations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalisation, and migration. He also frequently counsels boards of managers and senior management on strategic and governance matters.
