Notz Stucki Europe S.A. has officially acquired two new licences: I. the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Licence (AIFM) ; II. the Management Company Chapter 15 Licence. Thanks to the AIFM licence, Notz Stucki as well as its business Partners, via Notz Stucki Europe S.A, the European hub of the Group, will be able to take full advantage of pan-European marketing and passporting of EU and Non-EU Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) to Qualified Investors. The Management Company Chapter 15 Licence, will allow Notz Stucki Europe S.A. continuous servicing of the Group’s UCITS IV Sicav, the D.G.C.
