The LGL Group (‘LGL’) announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Totalserve Management (Luxembourg) S.A. (‘TML’). LGL and TML have worked successfully together since 2015 and this transaction will further enhance LGL’s service offering to its client base.
The transaction strengthens LGL’s existing presence in Luxembourg where LGL Corporate Luxembourg SA (‘LGLL’) has been its servicing company since 2015. This transaction is consistent with LGL’s strategy to supplement organic growth with strategic acquisitions to enhance and expand its geographic positioning and service offering whilst continuing to deliver client services to the highest standards.
