We here at fast have noticed more recruitment activity over the last two months. Some companies are moving away from recruitment on a replacement basis to recruitment on the back of business expansion. There is also a regular flow of new companies coming to Luxembourg. However, it is still the case that companies will try to recruit directly using their own sources before using an agency.
