As from 1 August 2010, Gilles Dusemon will join the law firm Arendt & Medernach as a new partner. Aged 40, Gilles Dusemon specialises in the structuring of investment funds, with a specific focus on private equity. Since 2003, he has been working as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and as from 2006, he has been a partner heading the Investment Management practice group as well as co-founder of the Dubai office. Moreover, Gilles Dusemon has been co-chairing the Private Equity and Venture Capital working group within ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) since 2005.
