Casa4Funds announces the launch of Quant Solutions-Colombia Equity Fund (Colombia Equity Fund), the first UCITS ever investing exclusively in Colombian equities according to publicly available data. Colombia Equity Fund is managed by Casa4Funds with the advice of Bolsa Y Renta, one of the most prominent Colombian asset managers. It pursues an active strategy with a high conviction (stock picking) to generate alpha based on economic research and fundamental analysis conducted by Bolsa Y Renta. It has a relatively concentrated portfolio of circa 15 lines. The Colcap index, representing the 20 largest capitalisation stocks of the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, has returned 80.68% over 3 years and 47.91% over 5 years to 31 December 2011.
