Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex” or “The Group”), a global financial services provider, announces today the appointment of Declan Byrne, to the newly created role of Head of Loan Agency, Corporate Solutions. In this role, Declan is based in Dublin and reports to Michael Carroll, Head of Capital Markets, Ireland and will oversee the continued development and growth of the Group’s Loan Agency services.
Declan brings over 18 years of valuable experience within the Financial Services industry and joins Apex from BNY Mellon, where he held the role of Group Vice President in the Client Services team.
