Eurasian Resources Group ("ERG" or "the Group"), a leading diversified natural resources group headquartered in Luxembourg, has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Eurasian Machinery LLP, the official provider of Hitachi specialised equipment in Central Asia.
The agreement will see 12 Hitachi EH4000 AC-3 dump trucks and two Hitachi EX5600E hydraulic excavators delivered this year to the Kacharsky open pit iron-ore mine, part of ERG's Sokolov-Sarybai Mining Production Association. This stands as one of the most significant acquisitions of specialised mining equipment in Kazakhstan's history.
