SES announced today that Christine Leurquin, vice president, Institutional Relations and Communications at SES, has been elected to the board of the 5G Infrastructure Association. The role of the 5G Infrastructure Association in the 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) is to be the counterpart to the EU Commission on the private side of the 5G PPP. Its work includes preparing contributions to the dedicated 5G PPP work program in Horizon 2020. Its aim is also to contribute to 5G policy-oriented topics on standards, spectrum and trials, as well as interaction with international partners.
