The financial industry is particularly sensitive to excessive regulation. Building bridges between people becomes harder and besides the cost of regulation, it is no secret that over regulation weakens the quality of communication between stakeholders and colleagues. At a time where focus, agility and efficiency are vital for growth, the last thing we need is a communication revolution and/or an escalation of argumentation (and counter argumentation) commingled with a battle of egos.
