CMP Law advised Kairos Partners SGR in the first transaction of the Kairos Venture ESG One fund. Endostart S.r.l., a company active in the life sciences sector, closed an EUR 8 million investment round and Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A will become part of the company's capital following the transaction.
The Tuscan start-up, founded in 2018, has developed an endoscopic platform for the treatment of incomplete colonoscopies based on Magnetic Balloon Anchoring Technology (MBAT).
