For employers, the 2019 summer holidays might be the last holidays during which they can occupy interns on a relatively unregulated basis. Indeed, the bill of law 7265 (the Bill) which is currently being debated in the Luxembourg Parliament, aims at providing a legal framework to both mandatory internships and voluntary internships.
