A sudden crisis with long lasting effects
What has been remarquable in the present crisis is the level of unpreparedness to adequately respond to what was happening due to this major disturbance and discontinuity.
While this is unfortunate, it is partly understandable because of:
- the unprecedented speed at which events occurred
- the magnitude of the problems that we had to face
- the scope of the problems (the number of different areas or activities that have been affected by the pandemic)
