Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP (“Arcus”) announces that Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp (“AEIF3” or the “Fund”) has acquired, as part of its regional edge colocation strategy, an 85% shareholding in European Data Hub S.A. (“EDH”). AEIF3’s stake in EDH has been acquired from the Luxembourg-based Wagner Group.
EDH operates a data centre in Luxembourg, a market in which demand for data centre capacity currently outstrips supply. It provides premium colocation capacity and related services to its customers. The data centre has a current sellable IT power capacity of 1.2MW, c. 1,750 sqm of sellable IT whitespace, and is certified, amongst others, to the EN50600 VK4 and Uptime Institute Tier IV high availability standards.
