The PRIIPs(1) Regulation requires a short, standardised, pre-contractual disclosure document to be prepared and provided to retail investors investing in Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products.(2) This document will highlight, in particular, the investment objectives, returns and insurance benefits, and risks and costs that can be expected by the investor.
