Dresdner Bank Luxembourg S.A., a company of Commerzbank Group, sells her Dutch subsidiary Dresdner VPV NV, Gouda. The sale is carried out by a Management-Buy-Out to current executive board of the company. Silence about the details of this transaction, which is subject to correlative official approvals in the Netherlands, has been agreed. The fully owned subsidiary of Dresdner Bank Luxembourg S.A. is part of Dresdner Bank Group (now Commerzbank Group) since 1999.
