The Association of Mutual Insurers and Insurance Cooperatives in Europe (AMICE), the voice of the mutual and cooperative insurance sector in Europe, has announced the appointment of Thomas Bischof as a new Board member and Vice-President. Mr Bischof, PC, is CEO at Gothaer Versicherung AG, Germany. Mr Bischof’s appointment will be presented to the AMICE General Meeting of Members for ratification in June 2023. Mr Bischof has held a number of senior appointments in the German insurance industry, and succeeds Oliver Schoeller on the AMICE Board and as AMICE Vice-President.
