Savills Investment Management ("Savills IM"), the international real estate investment manager, saw its acquisitions activity in the France/BeNeLux region rise to over EUR 300 million in 2016. In 2016, key acquisitions included several logistics warehouses, retail and offices in France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
So far in 2017, Savills IM is in an advanced stage of acquiring four assets in retail and logistics in France and the Netherlands. Savills IM opened a new office in the Netherlands expanding the team to continue Savills IM's growing reputation in the market. Now a team of ten senior people are covering the region on asset management and investment management.
