BSP with Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Belfius Bank SA on financing provided in relation to the 21,000 m2 South Village real estate project.
BSP acted as lead counsel to Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Belfius Bank SA on the Luxembourg law financing of the acquisition by Groupe Capelli together with Novaxia of one of the two plots of land on which the South Village project is being developed.
The South Village project is a mixed-use 21,000 m2 project located in Howald, Luxembourg, expected to generate more than 200 million euro of turnover and will comprise 128 living units, more than 80 co-living units, a co-working space, 1300 m2 office space, two restaurants and a store.
