Allen Overy announces 21 promotions to partner across 13 offices. The promotions, with effect from 1 May 2011, will bolster Allen Overy's global network, with the majority (71%) of new partners being based outside London. At 35 years old, FRANK MAUSEN has been promoted to partner at ALLEN OVERY LUXEMBOURG. Specialising in capital markets, he regularly advises on complex securitisation transactions and structured finance. He joined the Luxembourg office in 2003 and has vast experience in financial services regulation.
