Deloitte Luxembourg’s international Trust & Corporate Services conference - Looking into the consequences of the new regulations

New regulations, such as Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS), are currently changing the Trust Corporate Services (TCS) market, bringing up new challenges.
