This legislative project is a bit like Nessie, the famous Lochness monster. It’s been heard of many times in different shapes and forms, some even pretend to have seen it, but until now the surface of the water remains perfectly still. It seems, however, that this time, with all the necessary will, the EU Commission is aiming to release something this summer (note that in the EU jargon, summer starts in June and ends somewhere in what others would call Autumn).
