Thales Solutions Luxembourg and its partners from Le Wine Belgium, have incorporated Pan-European Opportunities SCA SICAV-RAIF. It is a “white-label” investment vehicle open to promoters and sponsors of different investment strategies, willing to launch an investment compartment into an existing structure.
