King Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin continues to expand its capabilities in Luxembourg, with the hire of two experts in the Funds and Corporate practices.
Thomas Chevalier was appointed as Counsel in the International Funds practice. He previously worked in the UK as an investment director and legal counsel for one of Europe’s leading private equity fund of funds, where he was responsible for fund structuring, investor negotiations, legal advice on primary, secondary and direct investments and obtaining AIFMD authorisation as one of the first UK-based AIFMs.
