C'est à Singapour qu'est établie Windmill International PTE Ltd., laquelle a consti-tué, à Luxembourg, la société de prise de participations EAST-WEST STEEL COR-PORATION, avec un capital minimal de LUF 1,25 million intégralement libéré.
Deux administrateurs de Singapour ont été nommés au Conseil: MM. Gopinath Pillai et Peng Cheong David Ho. Ils seront épaulés par Bac Management, société pré-sente à Luxembourg.
