Banque Havilland officially opens new subsidiary in Monaco

Banque Havilland S.A., the Luxembourg-based private bank owned by the Rowland family officially opened Banque Havilland (Monaco) S.A.M on Monday 23rd April 2012. The Bank was opened in the presence of His Excellency Marco Piccinini, (Conseiller de Gouvernement pour les Finances et lEconomie) the Monaco Finance Minister, the Rowland Family, the management and staff of the Bank and other specially invited guests at the Banks premises at Boulevard Princesse Charlotte in Monaco. In July 2011 Banque Havilland SA acquired the former Dexia Private Bank Monaco S.A.M from Dexia Banque Internationale Luxembourg S.A. as part of its strategy to develop an international private banking group.
