Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Julien Schraub and Céline Moille will join the firm's Luxembourg office as counsel in Tax and Financial Services practices, respectively. Additionally, Philip Spilberg has been promoted to counsel in Private Investment Funds practice, effective January 1, 2024.
