Informal meeting: Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands on crisis and disaster management

Both the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent floods have had a major impact in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. All three countries faced and still face an unprecedented challenge. Since the start of the pandemic, the close cooperation between the countries has been strengthened and expanded.   During an informal meeting in Belgium, Annelies Verlinden, Minister of the Interior, Institutional Reform and Democratic Renewal (Belgium), Taina Bofferding, Minister for Home Affairs (Luxembourg), and Ferdinand Grapperhaus, Minister of Justice and Security (The Netherlands), underlined the importance of cooperation between the three neighboring countries on crisis and disaster management.
