Dechert LLP announced that Olivier Gaston-Braud has joined the firm’s global tax practice as a partner in Luxembourg.
Mr. Gaston-Braud has a deep knowledge of tax with more than 15 years’ experience advising international funds, investment firms and banks in the structuring of real estate investments and investment funds as well as in tax matters related to fund formation, private equity, debt funds, and corporate matters. Mr. Gaston-Braud assists clients in their investments throughout Europe.
