The Chairman and the Board of Directors of VP LUX, the Luxembourg Central Securities Depository (CSD) owned by the Danish CSD VP SECURITIES, are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrea Tranquillini as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
Mr Tranquillini will replace Mr Flemming Andersen who has guided the company since its inception in 2009 and who will now take a deserved retirement. The Chairman and the Board of Directors wish to thank Mr. Andersen for the commitment and the efforts produced which have contributed to the success of the company during these years.
