Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex” or “the Group”), a global financial services provider, announces today that it has been appointed to provide fund administration and accounting services to Marlin Capital Partners (“Marlin”).
Marlin Capital Partners is headquartered in Nassau, The Bahamas and is licensed and regulated by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas to offer advisory services and manage assets on a discretionary basis. Marlin has appointed Apex Group and subsidiary Throgmorton to provide outsourced Management Company, Middle Office and Fund Administration services. This appointment comes ahead of the launch of Marlin’s Dauntless Fund, which will focus on arbitrage opportunities within the digital asset space.
