Sistema PJSFC, a Russian public diversified holding company, is pleased to announce the results of the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM), which took place on 27 June 2020. The meeting was held as an online conference arranged for the presentation of the company's annual performance results and for answering the shareholders' questions. The vote was held remotely. The AGM passed a resolution to distribute RUB 1,254.5m in dividends for FY 2019 (RUB 0.13 per ordinary share or RUB 2.6 per GDR), which is 18% above the dividends distributed for 2018. The list of persons entitled to dividends will be made on 16 July 2020.
