On 27 February, LU-CIX (Luxembourg commercial internet exchange) gathered more than 150 ICT professionals for a birthday afterwork drink at the Cat Club bar. Marco Houwen, President of LU-CIX asbl, welcomed the guests and highlighted LU-CIX ongoing success (cf Table below the text) and its contribution to Luxembourg’s increasing role as a trusted content and data hub in the heart of Europe. He was happy to announce NTT Communication as the newest joining member to LU-CIX. Simon Waller, Head of Sales EMEA, Global IP Network Division, who was also present at the celebration, said how much he was delighted to be joining the LU-CIX and particularly happy that NTT has been able to develop such a strong working relationship with the LU-CIX team in such a short time.
