Automotive safety sensing specialist IEE will be showcasing its Wireless Occupant Detector and Smart Trunk Opener at the 65th IAA International Motor Show taking place from 12-22 September in Frankfurt, Germany. Through product demonstrations and interactive displays, visitors to the IEE booth will have the opportunity to test the products for themselves. IEE's Smart Trunk Opener provides automatic, hands-free access to a vehicle's trunk, in combination with a keyless entry system. Offering convenience when stowing numerous, large or bulky items, the Smart Trunk Opener recognizes a forward and backward movement at the vehicle’s rear bumper. The keyless go system then confirms that the person has the remote, allowing the trunk to open automatically.
