Fund Offers Investors the Opportunity to Participate in Tomorrow’s Bond Story Today With New GCC Bond Fund   Franklin Templeton Investments is pleased to announce the launch of the new Franklin GCC Bond Fund(1) (the “Fund”), a sub-fund of its Luxembourg-registered Franklin Templeton Investment Funds SICAV range. Launched on 30 August 2013, the new Fund will provide investors access to the rapidly growing bond markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries.   Founded in 1981, the GCC is an economic and political union of six member states: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
