Deloitte: Managing talent in turbulent times: Hints of recovery

The Managing talent in turbulent times survey, conducted and focusing on the Luxembourg employment market by Deloitte Luxembourg, was conducted as part of an international study by Deloitte on talent management strategies and issues. The survey was carried out at the end of 2009, highlighting the expectations of 200 respondents (46% from human resources, 24% managers, 30% employees). According to the study, a vast majority of the respondents (80%) still believe that the difficult economic situation will either continue or even worsen in Luxembourg over the short term. The international study shows a generally more optimistic attitude in the Americas and Asia/Pacific.
