Ogier have announced the appointment of one new partner in the Luxembourg office, effective from 1 October: Fabien Debroise. Fabien Debroise's appointment underlines the continued strength of growth in our Luxembourg office where we now have a four Partner team after just two and a half years of operating in that jurisdiction. Fabien has special expertise in syndicated lending and leveraged acquisition finance, as well as debt restructuring and insolvency.
