Mind the digital gap

According to a survey by The Economist, in 2015, banks have for the first time promoted the implementation of a digital strategy, to the highest priority on their agenda. However, according to a survey by Avaloq, 74 per cent also admit they have not yet defined a digital strategy or are only at the very early stages of doing so.
