VANDENBULKE is delighted to announce that Selim Souissi, Jérémy Da Silva Reis and Dalva Girard Teixeira have joined the firm respectively as Partner, Senior Associate and Associate within the firm’s corporate, MA and Private Equity department. Before joining VANDENBULKE, Dalva, Jérémy and Selim served together at Luther Luxembourg.   Selim Souissi who will lead the corporate practice is specialized in mergers and acquisitions and has in depth-experience in private equity transactions, including financing and refinancing, restructuring or company takeovers. He also advises and assists his clients on private wealth issues.
