Attract and retain a branded Generation
We can read many articles about the Generation Y and its impact on the work environment. With a number estimated around 80 millions in the world, the “Millenials” are the fastest growing segment of today’s workforce. In 2011, they already represented 20% of the workers in Luxembourg.  Nowadays, the “Echo Boomers”, born between 1977 and 1997, have access to employment and for the oldest ones to management positions.
